- Standard Free Delivery will be free of cost. This delivery will not be time bound and will be delivered anytime between 10 AM-8PM. We will not gurantee time in this type of delivery. During Valentine time period (12-15 Feb) this time limit will be from 7 AM- 11 PM.
- Fixed time delivery will be charged at Rs 150 and please check with our representaive before making order if that delivery is possible in your delivery area.
- Midnight delivery will be charged at Rs 350 and will be delivered between 11.00 PM-12.30 AM. Please check with our representative before placing order that Mid-Night delivery is possible in your delivery area.
- FlowerDesire will make sure that all your orders are hand-delivered in the best possible manner. We will try and ensure the deliveries are done as quickly as possible.
- Same day orders will be accepted till 2 P.M. on that day. Any orders placed after this time will not be considered for same day delivery and will be delivered the next day.
- We do not cater to any specific timing unless otherwise mentioned in the message block. Our normal delivery timing will be between 10.A.M. to 8.P.M. We will try to fulfill special timing request but we do not give any guarantee regarding the same.
- There will be special charges for midnight delivery as mentioned on product page. We might not be able to provide midnight delivery services in all cities and same will be intimated.
- We also provide Fix-Time Delivery and prices for same can be checked with our representative on chat or on phone.
- In Fix-Time delivery the time mentioned will be considered with 1 hour window which is half an hour before mentioned time and half an hour after mentioned time. Half an hour plus or minus will be accepted as Fix-Time delivery sucessfully completed.
- We can also provide early morning and that will be charged extra.
- Early morning delivery of Cake will be not be possible and please check with our representative before placing the order.
- Delivery can get late or not done according to special requests in case of bad weather conditions, transport strikes, bandh, riots,rains,traffic jams and other such conditions.
- FlowerDesire will ensure that delivery of the product takes place as per instructions.
- In case of exclusive deliveries i.e. only to be delivered to recipient and if recipient is not available the product will be considered delivered.
- In case of non-acceptance of product the delivery will be taken as completed and no refunds will be made.
- FlowerDesire will only be liable to make an effort to make the product delivery once. Though we will try our best to make sure that your product is delivered but if that is not the case after first effort, no refunds will be made.
- Delivery will be considered complete in case of wrong address of recipient, wrong telephone no., entry not possible in recipient’s premises or if the product is delivered to neighbor, gatekeeper, security guard etc.
- The floral arrangements, bunches, bouquets listed on the website will not be guaranteed to be an exact match of the photographs. Please read the detailed description for the details of flower arrangements. We will try our best to deliver the products closest to description but are entitled to make the changes in the need of the hour.
- Photographs are only indicative and products will not be exact match and will be according to description.
- In case of Cake delivery if there is anything wrong with quality and someone falls sick or anything like than we will be liable only for refund. FlowerDesire.com is an online website and we deliver cakes with our vendor network. Hence we are not liable for anything related to bad quality of cakes. No one can hold us under any legal obligation on account of any problems with the quality of cakes and flowers.

- If you have any problems related to quality of the product delivered or the products are damaged please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery. Your input is very important to us.
- Any changes to the order in terms of date, address, value will be catered to before 48 hours of the delivery.
- All discounts, coupons, deal, offers are decided by FlowerDesire management and their decision will be final in case of any dispute.
- We at FlowerDesire hold the exclusive rights to reject any order in case of controversial messages, wrong address or such scenarios. Any unethical behavior from customers will not be accepted.
- FlowerDesire can refuse to provide it services to any particular individual, company, group and we will not be answerable for same.
In case of temporarily unavailability or seasonal problems the flowers can substituted with some other equal or higher value flowers. Flower Desire holds the right to change the color of flower in case of non-availabilty of any particular color of ordered product. Our florist will try and ensure that theme and style of the floral arrangement will be kept closest to description. Substitution of other products like containers etc is also possible in case of non-availability of the specified product. FlowerDesire will reserve the rights for substitution of any of its product in case of requirements.
Valentine’s Day Delivery Policy
For a confirmed delivery on Valentines Day i.e. 14th Feb please place your orders a day before that is by 13th Feb (by 7pm). Same day delivery will not be guaranteed on 14th Feb. Midnight delivery on 12th,13th Feb & 14th Feb will be between 10.P.M. to 2 A.M. We at FlowerDesire will make maximum efforts to make sure that this day is special for you. No Fixed Time Delivery will be applicable in Valentine week (7th Feb 2015-15th Feb 2016). No time guarantee will be given for 7th &12-15th Feb Orders. Fix Time delivery will not be applicable bewteen 7th Feb-15th Feb.We will deliver your orders on 14th Feb but time commitment is not accepted. If due to some unforseen circumstances the delivery is not made on 14th Feb then we will make the delivery on 15th Feb. You can mention your preferred time but we do not commit to deliver to specific time during Valentine's Week (7th-15th Feb 2016).
Please note that if you selcted Fix Time for 14th Feb we assure only 14th Feb Delivery. Fix Time will not be applicable. If you select 14th Feb as delivery date after 7am on 14th Feb, delivery will be assured on 14th or 15th Feb. Please confirm with chat representataive for same.
For a confirmed delivery on Mother's Day i.e. please 10th May place your orders a day before that is by 9th May. Same day delivery will not be guaranteed on 10th May We at FlowerDesire will make maximum efforts to make sure that this day is special for you. No Fixed Time Delivery will be applicable on Moher's Day. No time guarantee will be given for 10th May Orders. We will deliver your orders on 10th May but time commitment is not accepted. You can mention your preferred time but we do not commit to deliver to specific time during Mother's Day. The normal delivery timings will be 10AM-10PM.
Flowers can be substitued with differenet colors of same varierty or different flowers of higher value without prior information only during Valentine Week. In case of any dispute all final decisions will be of FlowerDesire managemnet. We will put in our maximum efforts to make this day special for you.
