Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. FlowerDesire will not be able to change or cancel the orders which are already in process. Any order which needs to be cancelled should be intimated to FlowerDesire minimum 48 hours before delivery to claim the refund of amount paid. We will not be able to cancel the order once the 48 hour period starts.
  2. Same day delivery order cannot be cancelled as they will be right in the process once the payment is done.
  3. Any order which needs to be changed should be intimated 48 hours prior to delivery time. Same day delivery orders will not be changed.
  4. FlowerDesire will try to co-operate maximum in case of any changes but orders are dependent on local florist. Hence decision of FlowerDesire management will be final in case of any changes requested.

  6. Please provide us with Order Details, Cancellation reason and Refund account details.
  7. We at FlowerDesire will start the refund process as soon as we receive the email and details mentioned above.
  8. Refund will be made in case if FlowerDesire will not be able to complete its order. In this case also the decision of FlowerDesire management will be final.
  9. The order will not qualify for a refund if order was not completed because of unavailability of recipient, non-acceptance by recipient; recipient could not be contacted because of wrong phone number. In all these cases our team will try its best for the delivery of products but this will not qualify as service failure hence any refund will not be given.
  10. In any case the refund amount will not exceed the amount paid by customer. We at FlowerDesire will not be liable for any extra loss over and above the amount paid.
  11. Any extra amount over and above the order price which is credited to FlowerDesire account will be used for order enrichment or will be refunded to customer. In this case FlowerDesire management’s decision will be final.
  12. For all matters which involve cancellation, refund, changes to order FlowerDesire management’s decision will be final.
  13. Any deals, discounts, coupons, exemptions cannot be claimed as refund.
  14. FlowerDesire can change its cancellation and refund policy in future. The same will be uploaded on website or will be intimated to registered clients by email.
